Okumidori Ceremonial Matcha

Regular price €32,00
Taxes included.
Description

This 20gr of A-Grade Ceremonial Matcha is made exclusively from Okumidori cultivar leaves grown in Wazuka, Kyoto, one of Japan’s most revered tea regions. Made from first-harvest and shaded to deepen flavour and colour, it offers a rich, savoury profile with delicate sweetness. Jade-green in the cup, Okumidori reveals layered notes of green pea and ripe mango, complemented by a subtle coconut aroma. The texture is rounded and smooth, with a long, umami-driven finish that unfolds slowly and lingers with elegance.

Origin

Nestled in the rolling hills south of Kyoto, Wazuka is one of Japan’s most celebrated tea-growing regions. Its misty mornings, mineral-rich soil, and centuries of cultivation create ideal conditions for producing matcha with remarkable depth, balance, and vibrant colour.
