Okumidori Matcha Cerimoniale

A single-cultivar matcha from a single origin: Okumidori, first harvest, shade-grown in Wazuka, the region south of Kyoto that defined the ceremonial standard. Jade-green in the cup, layered in flavour: green pea, ripe mango, a faint coconut note. The finish is long and umami-driven. 20g. For those who drink slowly enough to notice.
