Politique de remboursement

Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law 24/2014), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@slowsocialclub.com. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must ship the item back within 14 days of that confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exceptions — non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
— Food and beverage products (including matcha and hojicha) that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, as provided under Article 17(1)(b) of Decree-Law 24/2014;
— Custom, made-to-order or personalised products;
— Gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may submit complaints through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for this purpose is support@slowsocialclub.com.
