Samidori Zeremonieller Matcha

A single-cultivar matcha from Wazuka, Kyoto: Samidori, first harvest, shade-grown, made from Tencha leaves. The profile is gentle and expressive, subtle sweetness up front, soft notes of banana and rosemary, a faint avocado aroma in the background. Forest-green in the cup, creamy in texture. The finish is long and rounded. 20g. The quieter side of ceremonial grade.
