Description

Savour a refined A-Grade Ceremonial Matcha from the 2025 spring harvest, grown in the misty hills of Yame, Fukuoka. This thoughtful 30g blend of Asatsuyu, Saemidori, and Yutakamidori cultivars, this matcha reveals a rich, aromatic character with remarkable balance. On the palate, gentle nutty and lightly roasted notes unfold into a deep, well-defined umami, softened by a refreshing brightness. With very low astringency and a clean, expansive finish, it leaves a lingering freshness reminiscent of open sky, calm, clear, and grounding.
