# Organic Matcha

Our Organic Matcha is a first harvest matcha, made for a sweet and floral cup.

Shade-grown for 20 days and picked at the first spring harvest across Kagoshima and Shizuoka, two of Japan's respected tea regions. The shade is what deepens the colour and draws out the sweetness, and the organic growing is what keeps the cup clean.

It is built on a blend of three cultivars, Saemidori, Asanoka and Okumidori, giving it a rounded, full umami body.
